Support a sustainable agriculture by buying from our local producers. Savour healthy environmentally-friendly products using short circuit methods!

Eat Local (mussels, seafood, goat’s cheese, crackers) and seasonal products (strawberries, melon) at Fréhel market on Tuesday morning or on Sunday morning in Sables d’Or (in summer time) . Do not forget to visit our local restaurants !
– For my getaways ?
Relax on our numerous beaches, take advantage of the sailing school or take a horse ride through the Fréhel countryside to be closer to nature !
