Quality rentals

All rentals that are published on this website have a quality mark, assessed on a grid from 1 to 5.

• Keys for the quality mark “Clévacances”
• Ears for the quality mark “Gites de France”
• Stars for the ranking at the Préfecture

Ranking and quality label quarantee the quality of your rentals.
Fitting, equipment, confort and hospitality are key factors to obtain a quality lable.

A few tips:

Ask for a lease in duplicate, to be signed by both parties, and an inventory.

Mention:
If you bring an animal
In case there are more people than expected
Any other detail that could breach the contract

You may be asked for a down payment up to 25 or 30% when signing the contract, as well as the balance when giving back the keys. The contract will also mention the resort fee.

RESORT FEE IN FREHEL  (in €)

• Tourist Hotel registered with no star and all other institutions with similar caracteristics 0.40/night

• 1-star Tourist Hotel – 1-star tourist and furnished residence and all other institutions with similar caracteristics 0.50/night

• 2-star Tourist Hotel – 2-star tourist and furnished residence and all other institutions with similar caracteristics 0.70/night

• 3-star Tourist Hotel – 3-star tourist and furnished residence and all other institutions with similar caracteristics0 0.90/night

• Camping ground and trailer court 0.25/night

 

Resort fee is due for people over 13 between May 1st and September 30th.
Discounts must be applied for large families: 30% for families with 3 children under 18, 40% for families with 4 children under 18, 50% for families with 5 children under 18, and 75% for families with 6 children under 18.
Compulsory exemptions defined in décret 2002-1549 are valid.
