Day 1 – One day in the heart of Cap d’Erquy -Cap Fréhel

Morning:

Erquy (8 km – 10 min) : Cap d’Erquy, nature and listed site, Saint-Michel small island, fishing port and auction

Afternoon:

Plévenon Cap Fréhel  (5 km – 8 min) : Cap Fréhel peninsula, lighthouse, ornithological reserve “La Fauconnière and the Fort La Latte.

Day 2 – Exploration of  the Penthièvre coast

Morning :

Pléneuf  (15 km – 19 min) :  listed seaside resort with villas from the beginning of the XX century, large beach and its footpath, ornitological reserve of the small island called “Verdelet”, and the typical port of Dahouët.

Château de Bienassis (12km) from the XVII century in pink sandstone and its garden in Erquy

Afternoon :

Sables d’Or les Pins – Fréhel : climatic resort from the twenties. Casino, wooded paths, impressive stoned villas, green foliage theatre, swamp

Day 3 : Goëlo Coast seaside resorts

Binic (51km) : seaside resort, traditional Terre-Neuvas Port

Etables-sur-Mer (55km) : seaside resort. Panorama on Saint-Quay islands and viaduct of Pourrhis

Saint-Quay-Portrieux (59km) : Seaside resort. Fishing port (auction) and marina accessible 24 hours / 7 days a week. Viewpoint on  Saint-Quay islands.Semaphore, Countess island

Plouha (69km): the highest cliffs in Brittany, Gwin Zegal port with wooden stakes. Bonaparte beach, strategic place during the second world war. Kermaria An Isquit chapel

Paimpol (83km): charming and historical port, sea and Breton traditional outfits museums. Kerity-Paimpol (81km) : Beauport abbey from the XII century, amazing coastal place

Day 4 : Discover the hinterland and its villages full of history

Morning :

Quintin (53km) : small city full of character, castle-museum (XVII and XVIII centuries) and its French gardens, basilica (XIX century). Weaver museum- Brittany canvas workshop.

Moncontour (44km) : the most beautiful village in France, small city of character, city founded in the XI century, battlements and alleys, Chouannerie and revolution house, costumes theatre

Afternoon :

Lamballe (28 km) : “Historical town of Brittany”, national stud farm, Mathurin Méheust painter museum, folk art museum, medieval garden… Moors and museum of pottery

Day 5 :Saint-Brieuc Bay- Immerse you within a protected bay

Morning : 

Hillion (29km) : Bay museum, Nature House, exploration of Saint-Brieuc bay nature reserve

Afternoon : 

Langueux (36km) : Saint-Brieuc Bay history at the Briqueterie, railway history of Côtes du Nord

Saint-Brieuc (40km) : cathedral fortress ( from the XIII to the XVII century). National museum of art and history. Légué port and wooden plathings museum.

Day 6 : Enjoy one day on an island

Bréhat island : Among 800 small islands “île des fleurs et des rochers roses”, is not acccessible for cars. At the south : Chambre port, water mill, art glassworks… At the north: moors and Paon lighthouse…

Ploubazlanec (85km) : Croix des Veuves. Perros-Hamon Chapel. At Arcouest peninsula : departures for Brehat.

Day 7 : An overview of the Emerald coast and Rance Valley charming spots

> 1st option : 

Morning :

Matignon (8km) : “Moulin de la Mer ”

Créhen (18 km) : Guildo Castel (XIV century), Arguenon mouth. Guildo port and its “noisy stones”

Corseul (27km) : ancient “coriosolite” main city (Ist century), Gallo-Roman vestiges, Mars temple, archaeological museum and heritage interpretation centre

Plancoët (19km) : spring water Plancoët, Chateaubriand childhood town

Afternoon :

Dinan (37km) : Town of Art and History, castle-museum (XIV century), Clock Tower (belfry, XV century), Saint-Sauveur basilica (XII century), half-timbering houses… Grande Vigne artists house, Railway museum, Harp House… Port and  bicycle lane.

>2nd option :

Saint Jacut de la Mer  (21km) : peninsula surrounded by 11 beaches, in front of the Ebihens archipelago, Chevet Peninsula

Lancieux (25km) :  seaside resort , natural site “Tertre Corlieu”, Islet port, polders.

Saint-Malo (38km) : Battlements (1754m), breakwaters, Saint-Vincent Cathedral, Saint-Servan and its Solidor tower, Rothéneuf and its sculpted rocks, Saint-Malo aquarium

Saint Cast le Guildo (13 km): seaside resort with a footpath from the main beach to the port alongside the rocks, panoramic views from La Garde et Saint-Cast peninsulas
